Events and Live Entertainment!

While we hate that summer is over (well, almost over) we have a great fall lineup! The patio is still open and many warm days ahead. We have two new heaters out there to extend our summertime fun! As always, follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

So many great bands and interesting entertainment - come join us in KC’s!

Saturday, September 21 - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!

We had a great time - thanks to all for coming out and celebrating with us. Thanks to Keith ”Catfish” Woodward and Bow City Underground for providing the perfect music! And thanks to our great staff for making it all happen.

Saturday, September 28 - Keith “Catfish” Woodrow and Friends! 7pm -

Keith has brought together a group of Blues musicians the like of which Coaldale has never seen! The High Level Blues Band is an amazing group of musicians coming to Coaldale. The high level blues band takes its name from the high-level bridge in Lethbridge and, of course, is a metaphor for the high level of Blues they perform. The main core of the band is made up of Catfish, lead vocals and lead guitar, Viktor on Bass, Hollywood Bob on drums and Peter on Harmonica. Part of the philosophy of this band is to add great musicians when they’re available and when the situation allows it, to raise the Blues even higher.
So Rob Lamonica, a fantastic, creative, keyboard player and Ignacio Chavez, an amazing creative versatile guitar player will join up with the band at KC’s for one night only. Rob and Ignacio are from Mazatlan, Mexico where they play nightly and are currently on tour in Western Canada now.
You don’t want to miss this one night only show! We will be highlighting each of the musicians in the days to come - check out our Facebook page!

Saturday, October 5 - Oktoberfest with the Polkaholix! 7pm -

The Polkaholix have been entertaining Southern Alberta with their own style of polka parties for years! Popular at Oktoberfest celebrations, the Polkaholix have also been invited to play at many other venues and festivals in the area. The group’s instrumentation consists of trumpets, clarinet, flute, euphonium, trombone, tuba and drums. The Polkaholix are known for enjoying playing the music as much as the audience does dancing to it! I know we can’t wait! The fun will continue with traditional German food and beer. And the fun wouldn’t be complete without boat races!
